About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Retail Sales Advisor at our Williamson Square Store.

• Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
• Till work including processing cash and card payments.
• Gaining and building upon product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and conversion by offering add‑on sales and upselling.
• Merchandising/display.
• Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
• Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.

To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer‑facing role and be able to demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualification would be advantageous.

You will be able to work flexible hours.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 day basis. Your main base will be our Williamson Square Store. The store trading hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday and 10 am to 4 pm Sunday.
