We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Primark Liverpool. You will be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You will be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising.

• Product Placement and Replenishment – arrange products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Stock Management – keep as much stock as possible on shelves to drive sales and monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Beauty Knowledge – become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Compliance and Standards – follow merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, procedures and health and safety guidance; implement planograms where provided to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup – set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts and special offers.
• Strong communication and relationship building – build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, department and store managers and provide accurate and timely feedback via the feedback application.

• You work at pace, ensuring the stands are filled quickly and accurately with as much stock as possible.
• You have experience in merchandising or retail.
• You thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
• You take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
• You are comfortable with a bit of manual handling – you need to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• You are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
