As a dedicated Store Team Member, you will be the face of Home Bargains, providing enthusiastic customer service by assisting with product queries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Whether watering plants, baking fresh goods, stocking shelves, or keeping displays and work spaces clean, you support your team to maintain high standards across the store. - Take charge during the fill shift by unloading deliveries and swiftly getting stock out on the shelves, ensuring customers find what they need.
- No two days are the same:
Handle tills, manage cash transactions, restock shelves, and adapt to various roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre. - Some Store Team Members working in the Garden Centre may be asked to attend Fork Lift Truck (FLT) training at our National Training Centre and Head Office in Liverpool. Travel and accommodation is provided.

At Home Bargains, customers might come in for one thing and leave with a full trolley, and when they pass through our Garden Centre, that often means a patio set, an olive tree, and big plans for an outdoor makeover. As a Garden Centre Team Member, you’ll be right at the heart of it all, watering and caring for plants, creating inspiring displays, helping customers at the tills, replenishing stock, and keeping the space clean and welcoming.
No two days are ever the same, and every task you take on plays a part in creating a space our customers love to visit. Whether it’s lending a hand with heavy bags of compost or making sure the roses are looking their best, you’ll be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and shares a passion for what we do.

£12.21 per hour (18‑20), £12.50 per hour (21+). 16 hours per week.
