• Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and use successful link‑selling skills to drive business.
• Outfit build for customers and make further product recommendations to advance store KPIs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure repeat business.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and keep up to date with current fashion and market trends.
• Ensure shop‑floor maintenance, presentation, and organization are addressed appropriately.
• Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.

• Have a previous track record within hospitality or retail and connect well with consumers.
• Be an effective communicator who can collaborate to win.
• Inspire trust and recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others.
• Adapt quickly to change.
• Act with purpose in driving sales using our digital platforms.
