We are looking for experienced Beauty Account Managers to join our team in our Luxury Flagship Store in Liverpool.
ResponsibilitiesAs Business Manager for a truly outstanding luxury cosmetic brand that knows no boundaries, you will offer an exceptional level of one-to‑one service to our customers, using excellent product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations. You will possess a real passion for beauty and for delivering a world‑class client experience.
- Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special events.
- Maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your team.
- Accountable for achieving sales goals.
- Analyse sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals.
- Share your knowledge to provide customers with exceptional and personalised service.
- Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience. From selling and replenishing stock, cashing up and organising rails, to hosting—understand that there is more to the customer experience than just selling.
- Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards.
- Adapt to day‑to‑day challenges. A flexible role may require you to work across different departments, bringing your service excellence and collaborative spirit throughout.
- Use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors.
- Own the planning and delivery of in‑store events.
- Replenish stock as needed and keep testers and counter clean and attractive to ensure the brand is presented at the highest level.
- Build a clientele and model excellent customer service.
- Understand and follow health, safety and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Champion our company culture and values.
- Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu.
- Confidently connects artistry and education to sales.
- Social/digital portfolio of work with a significant following (preferred).
- Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products.
- Excellent communicator capable of engaging positively with all customers.
- Well informed—develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and staying aware of competitor activity, alongside brand training.
- Sales and service expert—deliver extraordinary service and take initiative to provide additional services where appropriate.
- Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases throughout the store.
- Flexible and responsive to business needs; comfortable taking responsibility for tasks beyond the role expectation.
- Coach and self‑driven—upskill and learn personal artistry skills, working with management, trainers, and brand artists.

- Flexible to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic rate salary £30,222 per annum.
