Recruitment Manager at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants – Bread Street Kitchen Liverpool. Based in the heart of Liverpool ONE, Bread Street Kitchen Liverpool is a bustling restaurant with large space, offering round-the-clock dining and drinking to suit early breakfasts, after-work drinks or group dinners.

The role is an opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at Bread Street Kitchen – Liverpool.

• Work effectively with the management team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
• Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service from all members of the team
• Effectively manage the floor, ensuring the team is fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant and each service runs smoothly
• Lead the team by example with a hands-on, can-do approach
• Handle guest queries professionally and ensure guests leave with a positive dining experience
• Proactively support the General Manager to grow the business
• Support the General Manager with recruitment and training of the team and maximise all revenue opportunities
• Communicate relevant business information regularly, efficiently and concisely to the team

• Have previous management experience within a premium high-quality, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Have a passion for high quality food and delivering the highest levels of service
• Be a clear and concise communicator
• Have the ability to multi-task effectively
• Have awareness of how to manage costs and increase revenue
• Have the ability to motivate a team and create a strong teamwork ethic
