Lettings Negotiator

Overview

We're looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Entwistle Green team based in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity to grow within residential lettings within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

With an OTE of £25k, industry-leading training, and a supportive team, you'll have everything you need to succeed and build a successful career.

• Generate and book valuations.
• Qualify and service new applicants.
• Carry out property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
• Administer tenancies (with support).
• Provide outstanding customer service.

• The preferred candidate will have prior experience in lettings or other estate agency-based roles, but this is not essential.
• Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
