• Represent betterhomes to potential buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, identify prospects and coordinate property viewings.
• Provide market analysis, price recommendations and assist with negotiations.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the dedicated Client Partnership team to generate hot live listings.

• Minimum 1 year sales experience or high‑end service industry such as cabin crew or luxury retail.
• Valid driving licence competitive yet supportive environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Resilient and passionate about delivering results while building lasting client relationships.
