Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced nurse to join our Breast (and Endocrine Surgery) Clinical Nurse Specialist Team. The successful candidate will work permanent, 37.5 hours per week in a very busy, well‑established and motivated team that provides an excellent service to patients diagnosed with breast cancer, supporting them throughout diagnosis, treatment and beyond.

• Provide expert advice to patients and support them through diagnosis, treatment and beyond.
• Develop skills to personalise care through Holistic Needs Assessments and encourage a patient‑supported self‑management approach.
• Work as part of a well‑established team while also working autonomously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners to deliver comprehensive care.

• Post‑registration clinical experience in the care of breast cancer patients.
• Excellent IT, literacy, communication and organisational skills.
• Prepared to work flexibly in a high‑volume setting.
