Service Care Solutions Primary Care are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an experienced Practice Nurse to support a GP practice in Liverpool on a Wednesday-only basis.

This role offers a varied and engaging workload, with the successful candidate alternating weekly between two key clinics:

Clinic Rotation
Week One:
Long-Term Conditions Clinic (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes management)
Week Two:
Paediatric Vaccination Clinic

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care within long-term condition clinics, including reviews and management.
Administer childhood immunisations in line with NHS schedules and guidelines.
Accurately document patient interactions using the relevant clinical systems.
Work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider primary care team.
Maintain professional standards in line with NMC requirements and practice protocols.

Requirements
Registered Nurse (NMC) with Practice Nurse experience.
Competent in managing long-term conditions.
Confident and experienced in paediatric vaccinations.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing clinical environments.
