Based around a Red Flag approach of triage, prioritise patients in line with the service escalation plans which include the elderly, palliative patients and those who have a risk of deterioration

Apply clinical skills and reasoning to ensure patients are transferred safely between different clinical dispositions and signposted when required and safe clinically safe.

Providing skilled and effective assessment of patients presenting clinical need, through telephone consultation, using professional clinical judgment with thesupportof clinically based algorithms.

Job responsibilities

Are you a clinician with telephony triage experience? We are looking for Urgent Care Practitioners to join our out of hours team. You will provide skilled and effective assessment of patients presenting clinical need through telephone consultation, using professional clinical judgement with the support of clinically based algorithms.

Location:

Wavertree Technology Park, with hybrid available

Shifts:

Monday-Friday 6-hour shifts between the hours of 6pm-8am.

24/7 service over the weekend.

Contract:

Full and Part time positions available
