Volunteer EIS & Assessment Support at Change Grow Live
OverviewVolunteers play a crucial role in helping us bring our vision to life and deliver our services effectively. Their dedication strengthens the quality, reach, and accessibility of our support, allowing us to help even more people.
Responsibilities- Engage individuals in one-to-one conversations to understand their needs and support them to access the right intervention at the right time.
- Advise service users about options available within the service and the wider community, offering appropriate knowledge, advice and equipment to enable self‑safety.
- Listen to service users, listen actively, and provide empathy and encouragement throughout the assessment process.
- Interviews to take place towards the last two weeks of February 2026.
- Training to start on the third week of March 2026 (1 day per week for 6 weeks).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Position requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level.
