Content Strategist Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and driven Content Strategist Intern who has a knack for storytelling, writing, and shaping how a brand communicates. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting compelling content, understands audience psychology, and wants to help build a growing startup's voice from the ground up.

You'll work closely with the founding team on content planning, writing, and distribution across platforms like Linked In, Instagram, and our website.

• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across platforms
• Write engaging copy for social media posts, captions, newsletters, and blogs
• Research topics, trends, and audience insights to inform content strategy
• Collaborate with the design and social media teams to align visuals with messaging
• Help develop and maintain Get Landed's brand tone and voice
• Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized formats (carousels, reels scripts, etc.)
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on data

• Strong writing and communication skills in English
• Understanding of content strategy and storytelling principles
• Ability to write for different formats and audiences
• Basic knowledge of SEO and how content performs online
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, or Google Docs
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) as a writing aid
• Self-starter with good time management and consistency

• Experience writing blogs, newsletters, or Linked In content
• Knowledge of personal branding or employer branding
• Interest in the career, education, or HR space

• Hands-on experience in content strategy and brand building
• Direct exposure to startup operations and growth marketing
• Opportunity to build a strong content portfolio with real outputs
