If you want to shape how a challenger FMCG brand connects with its audience, this is the role to do it. You’ll own the digital strategy end‑to‑end, building campaigns that create real emotional connection and drive measurable growth. This is a chance to take the reins on social, email, and content, working with a team that values creativity and pace over bureaucracy.

You’ll be reporting to a Marketing Manager who understands the importance of brand fame and cultural relevance. Expect autonomy, variety, and the chance to experiment with ideas that make a difference. If you’re a digital native with a sharp eye for tone and a love for brands that stand out, you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll be doing
  • Define campaign propositions that build brand love and cultural impact
  • Own and implement brand communications architecture across all touchpoints
  • Drive organic growth across social channels with standout content
  • Manage email and blog pipelines, ensuring consistent, valuable output
What you’ll need to bring
  • 3+ years in digital marketing or brand engagement, ideally FMCG
  • Strong copywriting skills and a knack for tone of voice
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practice
  • Evidence of data‑led decision‑making and KPI ownership
