This is a three-month fixed term contract, with potential to move to perm.

We are a strategy-led creative agency working at the intersection of fashion, luxury and culture, creating and delivering unique brand worlds for our clients.

As a mid-weight strategist, you are driven by curiosity and clarity in equal measure. You instinctively spot emerging trends and cultural shifts, understand what makes audiences tick, and can translate that into sharp, inspiring strategic thinking. You love to dig into insights, connect the dots across worlds, and turn complexity into elegant simplicity.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative and passionate team, contributing to projects that range from brand positioning, customer segmentation to creative platforms and global campaigns. You don’t need to have all the answers, but you do need to bring an appetite for learning, rigour, and a distinct point of view on the world around you.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Projects – Contributes to projects across a wide range of Trends & Culture's clients. Delivers best-in-class cultural platform, campaign strategy and strategic positioning work rooted in solid insights.
  • Insights – Conducts consumer research, both qualitative and quantitative, and engages with industry experts to ensure that strategic thinking is backed up with relevant contexts and insight.
  • Articulate Writing – Able to succinctly craft brand and campaign positioning statements, tone of voice documents and long‑form supporting texts as required.
  • Client Understanding – Works collaboratively with client and project team across multiple agency accounts. Get under the skin of the clients’ businesses and their challenges.
  • Trend Conscious – Well ahead of the curve in knowledge of culture, brands and attitudes within luxury and image‑led world.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration – Collaborates with wider teams to ensure that strategic work is understood and can be effectively executed through creative ideas and content.
  • Communications & Content Strategy – Provides a platform for engaging campaigns across briefs, messaging frameworks, activation plans, tone of voice, and content creation.
  • Fashion and Luxury Industry Passion – Tuned into client context, the luxury industry and immersed in this lifestyle.
  • Junior Oversight – Line management of our Junior Strategist.
Pre‑requisites
  • Strategic experience for brands across brand positioning and campaigns.
  • Minimum 4+ years’ executing and leveraging insight outputs from qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a similar role within an agency or a fashion or luxury brand.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating execution of defining brand positioning and innovative campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary culture, strategy, brand worlds, and established and emerging social channels.
  • Comes with a strong black book of global contacts spanning industry experts and consumers in the fashion and/or luxury sector.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately.
