Job role: Marketing Executive (social media)
Contract: Fixed-term contract (6 months)
Working pattern: 3 days per week (on‑site)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £21-24,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for creating, publishing, and managing content for a selection of our clients. This will primarily be for social media channels but may also include an element of email marketing and website management.
This role blends content creation, community management, and performance reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied working day, working independently and collaborating closely with the wider team, while wielding a range of creative skills and human understanding.
Note:
this is a contract role, working three days per week on‑site. The initial contract term will be six months, with the intention to extend subject to performance and agency needs.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who:
- Can capture moments well through photography and videography – and tailor their approach to a brand style (this can be on a phone – it’s more your eye for a scene rather than the quality of the image that we’re looking for initially)
- Is switched on to social media and digital marketing trends
- Enjoys learning about social media and the wider world of marketing and creativity
- Can craft compelling copy to accompany their visual content
- Is keen to understand a client and their strategy, and wants to input ideas into client content accordingly
- Has experience using software such as Canva and Cap Cut (open to all alternatives) to make content on the fly, building on provided brand assets
- Has experience managing content on behalf of other organisations; replying to comments, proactively starting conversations etc.
- You aren’t afraid to talk to ‘strangers’ in the name of on‑street content capture
