At Velstar, performance marketing is all about impact and affiliate marketing plays a huge role in driving scalable growth for our clients. We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to help supercharge client performance through smart, strategic partnerships.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, loves building relationships, and isn’t afraid to test new ideas. Whether you already have affiliate experience or you’re hungry to learn and break into the channel, this is a chance to make a real commercial impact.

As our Affiliate Marketing Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind client affiliate programmes. You’ll build and manage relationships with publishers, influencers and media partners, optimise performance, and spot growth opportunities others miss.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, owning day-to-day affiliate activity while keeping a sharp eye on revenue, ROI and long-term value.

• Building strong, high-impact relationships with affiliate partners, influencers and media networks
• Managing and optimising affiliate programmes to drive revenue growth and ROI
• Analysing performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Bringing fresh ideas and strategic recommendations to clients
• Working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure affiliate activity supports broader growth goals
• Acting as the main point of contact for affiliate queries, applications and client updates
• Ensuring campaigns run smoothly, compliantly and in line with platform guidelines
• Producing clear, insightful reports that show performance and highlight next-step opportunities

You’re curious, proactive and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in performance marketing. You enjoy building relationships, digging into data and taking ownership of results.

You’ll likely be:

• Interested in or already working within affiliate marketing or performance marketing
• A confident communicator who builds relationships easily
• Comfortable analysing data and turning insight into action
• Proactive, organised and happy working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn quickly and take responsibility for outcomes

Experience in affiliate marketing is a bonus, but not essential, full training will be provided. Bonus points if you’ve explored Tik Tok Shop or Tik Tok affiliates.
