The Role:We’re looking for a motivated and organised Campaign Executive to join our Client Services team and support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in advertising and gain hands‑on experience working on real client projects.
You’ll support the Account Director and Campaign Managers and wider agency teams with day‑to‑day coordination, administration and communication, helping to keep projects moving and learning how campaigns are delivered from brief to launch.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Campaign Managers with day‑to‑day project coordination and administration
- Help manage timelines, task lists and internal communications
- Assist with preparing briefs, presentations and campaign documentation
- Support asset delivery across channels including social, digital, film and OOH
- Help manage feedback and approval processes with internal teams and clients
- Liaise with creative, production and strategy teams to gather updates and materials
- Support reporting, post‑campaign reviews and performance tracking
- Attend meetings, take notes and help action next steps
- Support general client services tasks as required
You’re enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn, with a genuine interest in advertising, creativity and brands. You’re not afraid to ask questions, you take feedback well, and you’re happy getting stuck in to support the team wherever needed.
You’re reliable, detail‑focused and comfortable juggling multiple small tasks while learning how bigger campaigns come together. You communicate clearly, stay positive under pressure, and want to build strong working relationships across creative and production teams.
Most importantly, you’re excited about starting a career in the creative industry and want to grow with a supportive, fast‑moving agency.
Required Experience &Skills:
- Strong interest in advertising, marketing or creative industries
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident using email, documents and basic office software
- Relevant degree, internship or placement is a plus, but not essential
