We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Campaigns Executive to join our collaborative team to work on our Park Christmas Savings and Love2shop brands.
Main Responsibilities- Create a wide variety of integrated communications such as email, SMS, direct mail, Whats App, app push notifications and print using our suite of tools such as Marketing Cloud, Canva and InDesign.
- Crafting captivating copy. Writing gripping subject lines, engaging copy, and compelling calls to action to convert customers and drive revenue.
- Design dazzling emails. Collaborate with our design team and use InDesign or Canva create visually stunning emails that pop in inboxes.
- Build the communication using captivating copy and images using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring layouts are optimised and mobile friendly.
- Be a brand guardian. Apply the brand guidelines and Tone of Voice across all marketing communications.
- A/B testing for effectiveness is key. Alongside the team, experiment with different subject lines, content, and send times to optimise open and click-through rates.
- Track and analyse. Monitor email performance metrics and use data to refine future campaigns – celebrate the wins and drive improvements.
- Stay ahead of the curve. Keep up with the latest email marketing trends and best practices.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing.
- Excellent planning, project management, organisational skills, time management and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Copy writing, proof-reading skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially aware with the ability to align to business KPI’s.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure.
- Able to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- A can-do attitude and positive approach.
- Ability to work independently after training and as part of a team.
- Experience in email marketing.
- Working knowledge of key ESPs to build electronic marketing communications, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp.
- Experience and understanding of Google Analytics to track and report on revenue driving communications campaigns.
