Rullion are currently recruiting for a rolling stock System Technician to join are growing client, based in Liverpool!
Our client is a leading supplier in the rail industry and they are dedicated to continuous growth and technical innovation.
The Role:Reporting to the on-duty Production Manage, the System Technician will provide essential technical and production support, ensuring accurate reporting across performance functions and compliance with contractual standards. They will guarantee trains meet safety, reliability, environmental, and presentation criteria, applying industry best practices to support growth in the UK.
Responsibilities include:- Fault diagnosis
- maintenance
- Repairs, and modifications
- 35 hours per week.
- 20% shift allowance
- 30 minute paid meal break
- 36 days annual leave, pro-rata to the length of your shift and when you join.

- A recognised engineering apprenticeship (Level
5), HND or equivalent experience - Strong electrical fault‑finding & diagnostic skills
- Solid mechanical understanding
- Ability to read & interpret electrical/mechanical schematics
- A passion for safety, quality & continuous improvement
- A collaborative, customer‑focused approach
- Willingness to work early, late & night shifts
