Manufacturing ​/ Production Operator, Manufacturing Production

PE Global is currently recruiting for an Operation Technician for a leading multi-national Animal Health client based in Speke.
This is an initial 6 months contract position.
4 on 6 off 12 hours shift

Duties of the role/Responsibilities

• Safe and cGMP compliant operation of the production plants.

• Complying with cGMP requirements by following SOPs and accurately documenting activities.

• To include planned and breakdown maintenance to comply with GMP/safety and environmental requirements and to ensure equipment performance and process continuity are maintained

• Assisting installation and upgrading of plant equipment. Assist the development of operating procedures.

• Operate and maintain in accordance with safe operating procedures.

• Use process control systems. Use business systems to support admin tasks (CMMS, Outlook Express etc. Complete SAP transitions to Class A standards.

Education/Experience

• 5 GCSE’s (A-C, including Maths and English)

• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience

• FLT Licence advantageous
