Overview
Mazco Recruitment are working with a well-established precision engineering company in Christchurch who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their growing team on a permanent day shift.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled machinist who can programme, set and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls and is looking for stability, overtime, and a strong hourly rate.
The Role- Programming, setting and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc controls)
- Working from engineering drawings
- Producing precision components to tight tolerances
- Self-inspection using manual measuring equipment
- Small to medium batch work
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner
- Confident programming with Fanuc controls
- Able to set and run machines independently
- Strong understanding of tolerances and quality standards
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Up to £22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Permanent day shift
- Stable, growing company
- Clean, well-equipped workshop
