M&E Supervisor (Electrical Bias) –

Liverpool. Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours per week). Salary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an M&E Supervisor (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established Facilities Management team based in Liverpool. This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Supervisor who enjoys leading teams, ensuring high service standards, and delivering maintenance within a fast-paced operational environment.

• Supervise and manage a team of static and mobile engineers
• Ensure PPM and reactive maintenance tasks are completed safely and on time
• Allocate work and monitor performance to meet KPIs and SLAs
• Manage materials, subcontractors, and maintenance records
• Maintain accurate job information using a CAFM system
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Support reporting and operational activities alongside management teams
• Participate in on-call and emergency support where required

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification
• AM2 certification
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Previous experience supervising engineers
• Strong background in Facilities Management or Building Services
• Experience using CAFM systems
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively
• Full UK Driving Licence
