Roofing Contracts Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Liverpool for a Contracts Manager at Associates Ltd. The Contracts Manager will oversee the management and execution of contracts for commercial and industrial roofing projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

We deliver a wide range of commercial roofing projects across the North west and due to company growth are hiring an additional Contracts Manager.

The successful candidate will work closely with team members and clients to maintain efficient communication and project management processes.

• Experience in contract negotiation, review, and management
• Project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to commercial roofing and construction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and team members
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and documentation
• Previous experience in commercial roofing.
• Technical understanding of systems such as felt, liquid and single ply
