Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

Liverpool / Merseyside | 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, flexible)

Looking for a role where you can genuinely change lives?
We’re seeking a passionate Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home, creating a safe, supportive environment where young people can thrive.

You’ll lead a dedicated team, oversee high-quality care, and ensure the home meets all safeguarding and Ofsted standards — with strong support from senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and inspire a child-centred care team

* Act as Ofsted Registered Manager & Safeguarding Lead

* Ensure compliance, quality care, and positive inspection outcomes

* Oversee care planning, staff development, and day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

* Experience working in Children’s Residential Settings

* Experience working at a Management Level (Deputy or above)

* Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to work towards it)

* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted

* A confident, supportive leader with flexibility for on-call duties
