Our client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to spearhead daily operations, champion safety standards, and deliver exceptional service in a bustling warehouse setting.

Position:
Full‑Time Warehouse Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location:

Liverpool

• Lead & Inspire:
  Coach, develop, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve their best.
• Manage Operations:
  Oversee the daily activities related to the receipt, storage, and despatch of materials.
• Ensure Accuracy:
  Maintain inventory accuracy to support production schedules seamlessly.
• Safety First:
  Promote a culture of safety and lead incident investigations to uphold workplace standards.
• Asset Care:
  Oversee asset maintenance and coordinate with the Engineering team for ongoing care.
• 3PL Management:
  Build and manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers, monitoring service performance.
• Customer
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Customer Service to swiftly resolve issues and enhance service levels.
• Drive Efficiency:
  Analyse KPIs, introduce innovative improvements, and reduce costs wherever possible.

  Experience:
  
  Proven experience in managing or supervising a warehouse team.
• Leadership
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop people.
• Safety & Compliance Commitment: A dedication to maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• IT Proficiency:
  Solid IT skills; experience with SAP is beneficial.

• Background in food manufacturing or continuous processing environments.
• Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance and World‑Class Manufacturing methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP.
