As Senior Development Manager you will support the Assistant Director of Development Sales and Regeneration in the delivery of development, growth, and estate regeneration in line with the targets and objectives in the Development Strategy and Cobalt Corporate Plan.

You will provide operational management within the Development team inspiring high performance, accountability, challenge, efficiency, and cross‑organisational working in the delivery of the development and growth function.,—you will have overall responsibility for programme management and provide accurate reports working alongside development and finance colleagues as part of the quarterly reporting for the Investment and Development Committee and Board.

You will support the Assistant Director of Development to ensure that the roles and responsibilities within the Directorate are fit for purpose and align with corporate priorities and the external operating environment including the Housing Ombudsman and the Regulator of Social Housing.

Cobalt Housing is a registered housing association based in North Liverpool. We manage and maintain around 6,000 affordable homes in Fazakerley and Sparrow Hall, Croxteth and Norris Green.
