Operations Director – Domiciliary Care

A leading care provider is seeking an Operations Director to join their senior leadership team. This pivotal role will oversee the performance and growth of 3 domiciliary care branches, currently delivering around 6,000 care hours per week.

• Driving operational excellence across multiple branches.
• Supporting the organisation’s strategic expansion from the North West into the North East.
• Leading, motivating, and developing management teams to ensure consistent quality of service and compliance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and growth.
• Maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and regulatory standards.

• Proven experience in a senior operations role, ideally within the care sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage across multiple sites.

• Knowledge of CQC regulations and industry best practice.
