Location: Liverpool (2-3 days per week office based)

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000

The Role

You'll manage a varied and engaging residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
• Reviewing titles, preparing reports and drafting contracts
• Progressing matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Using the firm's case management system to ensure smooth file progression

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues and benefit from a stable, well-organised support structure.

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience handling your own conveyancing caseload
• Confident working independently on end-to-end transactions
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy but supportive environment
• Enjoys collaborating in the office while also utilising hybrid flexibility
