Healthcare and Public Law - Solicitor/Barrister – Liverpool - Up to £70,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning, nationally recognised law firm known for delivering high-quality, specialist advice to a broad client base. The firm enjoys a strong reputation for outstanding client care and technically excellent lawyers.
Due to continued growth within its Healthcare & Public Law team, the firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor or Barrister to join the team and support its expanding practice.
The role offers a steady flow of high-quality instructions and the chance to work on a varied and intellectually challenging caseload. The successful candidate will handle a range of healthcare litigation matters, including inquests, mental health law and clinical and corporate governance issues, while building strong, long-term client relationships.
You will work with a high degree of autonomy, supported by an experienced team and full administrative support.
The Role- Advising on a broad range of healthcare litigation matters
- Handling inquests, mental health law and governance-related issues
- Managing a varied caseload with limited supervision
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively within a specialist healthcare team
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with relevant healthcare law experience
- Able to manage deadlines and prioritise a busy caseload
- Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel where required
