Personal Injury Fee Earner | Liverpool

I am working with a well‑established law firm in Liverpool City Centre who are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a mature caseload of Fast Track litigated and non‑litigated PI matters within a supportive, values‑driven environment.
The roleYou will manage your own caseload of Fast Track personal injury files, handling all aspects of the claim process, including:
- Interviewing and updating clients
- Drafting statements and legal documents
- Preparing instructions to experts and counsel
- Valuing general and special damages
- Making applications and undertaking advocacy at hearings
- Negotiating settlements and concluding matters, including costs and billing
- Processing new claims via the MOJ Portal and working confidently within CPR requirements
- Managing funding arrangements, including CFAs
- Attending court hearings as required
- Completing associated administrative tasks such as filing, preparing bundles and maintaining accurate records
You will also contribute to the wider development of the Personal Injury department and engage in ongoing professional development.
