Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Overview

A rare opportunity has arisen for a solicitor with over 5 years PQE to join the Clinical Negligence team of a leading law firm based in Liverpool city centre. The role would suit a solicitor with experience of handling complex catastrophic injury cases independently and who is ambitious and looking to move to a forward thinking law firm. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong billing history, commercial awareness and the ability to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Handle a caseload in clinical negligence, including complex catastrophic injury cases, with the ability to work independently.
• Advise and mentor more junior lawyers on the team.
• Report into senior management on request and contribute to ongoing training and development of the team.

• Solicitor with over 5 years PQE in clinical negligence or related fields.
• Proven track record of handling complex cases and achieving billing targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to monthly and annual targets.
