Duties- Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion
- Caseload to include freehold, leasehold sales, purchases, new build, remortgages and transfer of equity, shared ownership
- Conducting title checks and reporting to clients
- You will communicate with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction
- Monitoring and delegating work to paralegals/assistants
- Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring that their needs are fulfilled to the best of your ability
- At least 3 years PQE experience in residential conveyancing
- You will be a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or qualified Solicitor
- Experience handling Freehold and Leasehold sale and purchase
- Demonstrable experience handling a mixed and technical caseload
Ability to manage your own caseload on a case management system
