Property Law Paralegal

Overview

Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Property Law Paralegal for a growing Law Firm based in Merseyside.

This role will include assisting senior property lawyers in a fast-paced department. You will also have the confidence and experience to assist with residential conveyancing work.

Salary: £24,000-£26,000 annum DOE

• Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
• Assisting the property team day to day in all offices
• Experience of working in a CQS accredited practice

• Strong knowledge of Residential and conveyancing procedures
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and IT skills
• At least 12 months experience working as a Residential Conveyancer
