• Finance – Acting for a broad client base, from SME lenders through to leading UK credit and motor finance providers
• Local Authority – Advising councils across England & Wales with business rates and council tax recovery, including complex enforcement work
• Housing – Representing major accommodation providers across the private rental, student, and Build to Rent sectors

• Solicitors with experience in civil litigation and/or debt recovery
• Experienced debt recovery fee earners
• Fee earners and paralegals from Personal Injury, Credit Hire, or Housing Disrepair backgrounds who are open to retraining into a new practice area

• Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
