Personal Injury Fee Earner - Liverpool - Hybrid - up to £45,000

The Role

Join a well-established law firm known for providing top-tier legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

As the firm’s Personal Injury practice expands, they are looking to appoint an experienced Complex Injury Fee Earner to manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigation cases consisting of RTA and EL/PL claims.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of experience as an RTA or EL/PL Claims Handler, with strong knowledge of litigation, CPR Rules, and court procedures. Experience managing intermediate or multi-track claims is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

With a steady stream of new instructions, the firm seeks a motivated, technically proficient Fee Earner who can build client relationships and deliver an outstanding level of service.

The Candidate

• Experience managing a caseload of RTA, Credit Hire or EL/PL claims
• Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
