Legal Cashier – Liverpool, United Kingdom.

• Managing client accounts and allocating clients’ cash in accordance with Solicitors Accounting Rules (SAR).
• Preparing online electronic bank transfers, i.e., CHAPS, BACS, and Faster Payment.
• Assisting with cheque production for local and regional offices.
• Ensuring new requested information complies with agreed Service Standards/ISO Procedures and SAR requirements.
• Monitoring and ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Supporting management of the Service Desk inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to stakeholders.
• Maintaining residual balances in line with SRA rules.
• Maximizing business cash appropriately.
• Building effective relationships internally within the Finance team and externally with wider stakeholders.

• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable processes, ideally within a Legal Cashier function.
• Ability to manage own workload while achieving personal and team objectives.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adhering to deadlines and escalating issues to management accordingly.
