Job Purpose:To assist in the planning, developing and implementation of the digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, traffic, revenue and profit for the Love2shop brands.
Principal Accountabilities:- Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy
- Work with the wider marketing team in planning integrated seasonal and product specific campaigns
- Assist in the development and implementation of the SEO strategy. Ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities and/or support for efficient SEO and PPC
- Assist and manage the production of SEO content
- Assist in outreach activities and backlink acquisition
- Help manage our Pay per Click campaigns, including ongoing optimisation of Ad copy, keyword targeting and bid management across Google & Bing.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities using Analytics and other appropriate measurement tools
- Learn to measure ROI and develop appropriate KPIs for digital marketing activity.
- Get involved in the running of our Social Channels, across both Organic & Paid Activity
- Help manage and improve our content marketing process, for distribution through all available online channels
- Work with legal, compliance and finance teams to ensure that our agreements are commercially beneficial, future-proofed and secure
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and digital best practices
- Monitor competitor activity and provide regular updates to the wider team
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing with hands on experience with SEO/SEM/PPC, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Basic knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Basic knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Familiarity with web design principles and best practices
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or a relevant field
