What You’ll Do-Technical Development
- Customer Experience Workflows: Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management, Customer Service Portal
- Technology Experience Workflows: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Employee Experience Workflows: HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Onboarding and Transitions, Workplace Service Delivery
- Use Service Now’s Experience Layer to create modern, intuitive, and personalised user interfaces
- Use UI Builder and Service Portal to deliver role-based dashboards and customised workflow experience
- Service Now Expertise:
Hands-on experience across Customer, Technology, and Employee Experience workflows - Knowledge of employee lifecycle moments such as onboarding, daily productivity, and career growth
