, you can start billing quickly, while still having huge scope to build new accounts and make the desk your own.
This isn’t a “sit back and account manage” role. You’ll be a relationship-building machine
, growing existing accounts, winning new business, and positioning yourself as a market expert.
- Proven recruitment experience (sector experience not essential)
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially aware
- Comfortable managing a full 360 recruitment desk
- A natural relationship builder who thrives on long-term partnerships
- Motivated by progression, earnings, and building something meaningful
You’ll take ownership of a desk with warm clients and live roles, while:
- Building and nurturing long-term client and candidate relationships
- Expanding existing accounts and winning new business
- Interviewing candidates and matching them to live vacancies
- Mapping talent pools via Linked In, job boards, and proactive sourcing
- Developing your personal brand across social, phone, and email
- Driving consistent billings through relationship-led recruitment
