We are looking for a HR Coordinator, someone who is organised, people-focused and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll get hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with a supportive team and reporting directly to the Head of HR. You’ll be right at the heart of HR operations — from onboarding new starters to supporting payroll, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.

The day job:

* Coordinating recruitment and onboarding, including inductions and employment documentation

* Maintaining accurate HR records in line with GDPR and best practice

* Supporting absence management, training, promotions, and performance reviews

* Working closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely submissions

* Acting as a super-user for HR systems and time & attendance software

* Supporting employee relations processes with discretion and professionalism

* Assisting with HR projects, audits, and internal initiatives that boost engagement, diversity, and inclusion

In short — you’ll be the go-to person who helps keep HR running efficiently and compliantly.

What we are looking for;

* Experience in HR administration supporting HR processes

* A strong communicator who is comfortable with difficult conversations

* Are organised, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling priorities

* Communicate clearly and handle confidential information with care

* Are working towards (or already hold) CIPD Level 3 (desirable but not essential)
