As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained from day one and supported by experienced consultants to build your own desk within the education sector.

• Recruit and place education professionals into schools
• Build relationships with schools and candidates
• Manage interviews, compliance, and placements
• Develop a strong understanding of the education recruitment market
• Progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role within your first 6 months

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Confidence communicating with people over the phone and in person
• Ambition to build a long‑term career
• Resilience, drive, and a willingness to learn
• Sales, customer service, or education experience is beneficial but not essential
