Regulatory Compliance Specialist

You will partner with the business to provide a pragmatic, accurate and comprehensive day‑to‑day Human Resources service, with a focus on supporting and advising managers in all aspects of employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management, along with organisational change (TUPE, restructures).
This role offers some agile working (homeworking), but you will need to work from our office in Knowsley at least three days per week, and further afield as required.
Qualifications- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (CIPD Level 7 desirable)
- Strong employee relations and TUPE experience
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
- Strong team player with highly organised and methodical approach
- Ability to coordinate, manage and balance multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with in a similar fast‑paced industry
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with managers, employees and Trade Unions
- Valid driving licence, and use of a vehicle for work purposes

Additional InformationLocation: Knowsley office, with additional travel required; must be present at least 3 days per week.
