: £27,000.00‑£40,000.00 (range provided by We Are Adam – actual pay based on skills and experience)

This exciting, varied role gives you the opportunity to utilize your full generalist and strategic HR toolkit in a forward‑thinking organization that holds its people at the core of its values. You’ll be the subject‑matter expert for all HR matters, working within a dedicated and engaged HR function, afforded autonomy while supported by a values‑driven business.

• Establish strong working relationships from the get‑go.
• Act as the go‑to SME for all HR matters.
• Engage people at all levels of the organization.
• Provide strategic HR support in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.

• Solid generalist background with strong employment‑law knowledge.
• Strategic outlook, well‑developed business and personal judgement skills.
• Commercial outlook and key experience, ideally within manufacturing environments.
• CIPD qualification desirable for the top end of the salary range.
• Ability to react quickly and confidently to people and business needs.
