We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool HQ, with opportunities across Primary, Secondary, and SEND divisions
. This is a desk with huge potential for the right person.

In this role, you’ll manage a full 360 desk, cultivating strong relationships with both clients and candidates. There’s a clear path to progress to Principal Consultant or Team Lead if that’s your ambition.

• Business development & market mapping
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Sourcing, screening, and placing top candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process end-to-end
• Delivering a consistently high-quality service
