This isn’t just another General Manager role. You’ll be the face of the venue, capable of networking, building relationships, and driving sales through corporate bookings, private parties, and memorable events. You’ll follow brand standards — and know when to bend them to create something brilliant. You’ll lead by example, ensuring high standards and energy across operations.

A newly refurbished, high-volume cocktail bar with a 7-station main bar built for speed and spectacle, plus a flexible 1-station bar for masterclasses and private hire. It’s a space designed for energy, experience, and evolution — and it needs a General Manager who can match that.
