Your Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth daily operation of all F&B outlets.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the F&B team to deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, HACCP, and company policies.
  • Support rostering, stock control, ordering, and cost management.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Act as Duty Manager or shift supervisor when required.
What You Will Need
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within Food & Beverage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A hands‑on, flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and service standards.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
  • Experience in a 3/4‑star hotel.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Computer literacy.
  • A customer‑oriented and professional attitude.
  • An outgoing personality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
