Malmaison Liverpool opened in 2007 and features 130 bedrooms, a 120‑seater Bar & Grill, and six private event spaces with seating for up to 100 guests. Located on the world‑famous River Mersey waterfront, the hotel is within walking distance of the Museum of Liverpool, the Tate, and the M&S Bank Arena.

You will work as part of the Housekeeping team to ensure all guest bedrooms are cleaned daily to the highest standard, meeting guests’ expectations of a perfect night’s stay. You will be a vital cog in the Malmaison machine, ensuring bedrooms are clean and tidy for guests’ arrival and continued stays.

Requirements:

• Conversational English and ability to work independently.
• Fit and able to perform physical tasks required for the role.
• Positive attitude and desire to make a difference within the hotel. No previous experience required.

Shift details:
Mainly set shifts, usually 9 am–3 pm, 5 days out of 7. Shift start times can be flexible between 9 am–10 am. Flexible contracts, weekend work or earlier start times may be discussed.

You will receive full training in the use of chemicals and equipment. We encourage internal development and offer the opportunity to enroll in our apprenticeship scheme after completing probation.
