Deputy Ward Manager – General Medicine (29 Bed) – Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

This is a very exciting opportunity for a Deputy Ward Manager to join the team on this busy 29 bedded General Medicine Ward.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Multi-disciplinary team, providing high quality nursing care within this busy ward.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, team working skills and be dedicated to improving the patient’s experience.

You will need to demonstrate continuing professional development and a strong commitment to develop others and work closely within a Multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must be able to evidence or demonstrate experience of working as a Band 5 or previous experience as a Band 6 within Medicine.

You be required to demonstrate significant Band 5 experience/Leadership experience. We are looking for individuals with leadership potential with effective communication skills and able to demonstrate a proactive, collaborative and innovative approach to the clinical environment and passionate about excellence in patient care.
