Job Overview

Healthcare Assistant – Ward 25 (Band 2, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, £24,465 per annum). Specialising in Diabetes and General Medicine at Aintree University Hospital, Liverpool.

• Provide compassionate, patient‑focused care, assisting with daily living activities and clinical support.
• Support nursing staff with medication administration, charting and infection control.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary team members.

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in healthcare or willingness to undertake training.
• Suitable work/life experience in a caring role.
• Basic computer skills and ability to develop effective interpersonal relationshipsli>
